The New Year resolutions start buzzing and this fire within starts to ignite. With the changing of the year comes many traditions, practices and beliefs.
Energies are intense so no matter what you believe or choose to celebrate remember this energy can be a driving force to get your New Year plans, intentions, and goals started. Journalling, reflection, and release are all great practices for making space and guiding your plans into order.
One of my favorite practices around the New Year is Deep cleaning my home, decluttering, and organizing sacred space. In addition to getting the home in order we cannot forget our mental space. Sometimes fun creative projects like a vision board can help make space to put our ideas to work. Think of a goal or intention you would like to put into action.
