Local Author Talk at the Greenfield Public Library
Join local author Elise Skibik for an intimate and inspiring author talk centered on her memoir, Damaged Girl. In this heartfelt discussion, Elise shares the story behind the book—how writing became a path to healing, self-reclamation, and truth after trauma.
Elise Skibik is a local author, life coach, Reiki Master, and spiritual mentor who supports women in transcending trauma and reconnecting with their inner truth. She blends lived experience, psychology, and holistic healing into her writing and coaching work. Elise is the founder of her personal brand, Elise Skibik, and the creator of spiritual workbooks, meditations, and community offerings centered on self-healing, empowerment, and soulful leadership. Her work emphasizes authenticity, resilience, and the belief that healing begins within.
Damaged Girl is a raw and compassionate memoir that explores survival, resilience, and the courage it takes to transform pain into purpose. Through personal storytelling, reflection, and lived experience, Elise invites readers into a conversation about trauma, recovery, and what it means to reclaim one’s voice.
