Align
Poem from Prisms poetry book
destiny and patterns
intersect with process
respite and calm
time to resist the existential suffering
bliss is the transgression of our soul
long-lasting impressions of artistic gold
align mighty ones
this truth is yours to recite
burdened by sight
not the eyes that see
but by the one who knows
looks can be deceiving
grieving is a part of me
loose strings are sure to unravel
hollow eyes search for travel
through hollow webs of sorrow
existential crisis
scars from memories
fight for flight
heightened faith
the old versions of me die
no need to hide
I am aligned
